Sri Anandpur Sahib: Accompanied by hundreds of Sikh youths inspired by him, Bhai Amritpal Singh on Sunday partook ‘Amrit’ from Panj Pyaras (five beloved ones of Guru Sahib) at Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, Sri Anandpur Sahib.
On the call of Bhai Amritpal Singh who has recently returned from Dubai to fight the Panthak struggle in Punjab, thousands of Sikh youths gathered at Takht Sahib on Saturday. On Saturday evening, Diwan was organized at Takht Sahib, during which Bhai Amritpal Singh addressed the sangat and motivated them to partake Khande Bate Da Amrit to become ‘Khalsa’.
Inspired by him, as many as 1000 youths partook amrit. They also included a Muslim youth who chosen to become ‘Singh’. Traditional Panthak spirit and enthusiasm were seen in the youths as they raised Sikh slogans including ‘Sat Sri Akal’ and ‘Raj Karega Khalsa’ on the occasion.
